TAKEAWAYS
  • Lead with communication. Invest time in intake; ask open, specific questions that invite real answers.
Upgrade the experience. Thoughtful amenities (hot towels, heated table, fragrance awareness, toiletries) create memorable care and retention.
  • Use better on-table prompts. Try “good, bad, or neutral?” and directional options like “higher/lower” or “more/less” to elicit useful feedback.
  • Close with reflection. End with, “Did we address your priorities sufficiently today?” and invite next-time improvements.
  • Mind the environment. Cleanliness, pace, and your presence signal safety and care.
ABOUT
Colette is an RMT based in the community of Mimico, in the (very) west end of Toronto. She graduated from Sutherland Chan in 2016 and has been a solo clinic owner since 2018. When she's not treating or doing laundry, Colette enjoys taking walks around the many green spaces in the GTA, petting dogs, swimming and reading. She is a proud cat mama, and loves all animals equally. Her biggest dream would be to own a farm and make it an animal sanctuary
